Confirmed Delivery Terms and Conditions

We offer a delivery guarantee on certain delivery speeds and products.

When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly stated on the checkout page along with the confirmed delivery day and charges (if applicable).

We will refund any shipping charges associated with that order if delivery is not attempted by the confirmed delivery day indicated on the checkout page at the time of purchase and the order is confirmed in an email.

The following requirements must be met to qualify for a refund for delivery:

The shipping method selected is the shipping option advertised on the product detail page.
The order is shipped to the eligible address.
Your order is completed before the “Order By” countdown timer indicated on the checkout page. The “Order By” countdown timer provides the period of time you must complete your order to receive your order on the date indicated. This delivery date may become unavailable during that time period due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you complete your order. The confirmed delivery date will be included in your order confirmation email. Contact us if you have any questions.
If your order contains items that are not eligible for confirmed delivery, the shipping preference is “Ship my items when available.”
Your credit or debit card must be successfully charged by the deadline displayed on the checkout page.
The guarantee does not apply if we miss the confirmed delivery date due to an unforeseen event outside of our control, such as a natural disaster or severe storm. Also, scans may be inaccurate, which does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
Attempting to deliver on or before the confirmed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee.
The shipping company’s offer of a delivery date on or before the confirmed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee.
