Return and Refund Policy
  1. Introduction

In accordance with the rules set forth in this Return and Refund Policy, we on the brilhoz platform provide the possibility of returning most of the ordered items within 4 days from the date of delivery.

We do not accept any returns, regardless of the reason stated, once the return period stated above has expired. This does not affect your legal rights.

General Return Conditions
In the same condition as when received, with the label and intact packaging.
Complete, with all accessories.
Sealed products must not be opened.

You can request the return of a product purchased from brilhoz within the specified period for the following reasons:

    To be returned, items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as you received them, with their original packaging and seal intact where possible. However, an item may be returned if it is found to be faulty after delivery, or after reasonable use (according to the manufacturer’s instructions for use) within the return period.

    Returns, Refunds and Confiscations
    All items will be inspected upon return to verify the reasons for return provided.

    If your return request is not approved by brilhoz, you will not receive a refund of the purchase price or delivery charges, and we will make two redelivery attempts within 7 working days.

    If both redelivery attempts are unsuccessful, we will notify you immediately that we will hold the item for an additional 30 days from the date of original notification. Our notification will include details of the collection location and opening hours.

    If you do not collect the item within the required time, you will forfeit the item, i.e. the item will become the property of brilhoz and brilhoz may dispose of it in any way it deems appropriate, for example by sale, charitable donation, recycling or destruction.
